Now some students are returning to off-campus homes. NEWPORT A senior at Salve Regina University said she returned to her Middletown rental after she visited her New Hampshire home while on spring break, and it's her understanding that many Salve students have returned or plan to return to their off-campus, temporary homes post school vacation. "More so for the fact that we still have our leases to maintain," said Isabelle Gillibrand in a phone conversation with The Daily News on Wednesday.
